General description of properties:
Hypoeutectic alloy with good castabilitproperties. Good machinability, good weldability and high resistance to chemical attack.

Suitable applications:
For complicated pressure-tight castings subject to fatigue loading. Good resistance to corrosion and high strength after heat treatment

Heat treatment:
Solution heat treaded at 520-530ºC for 3-6 hours followed by quenching in water and artificial ageing at150-175ºC for 15-5 hours
